I think that it's a more sci-fi version of the classic more organic sound of the alarm sound of the Tripods in the "War Of The Worlds" movie.

I currently use it as one shot sounds, but would use it as a drone too in my horror campaigns to instill a sense of urgency. This is a classic, I think Antonis will have a blast recreating this one! Can you explain what your exact setup is? Homepods don't have a screen, so where is the screen showing then? You should be able to select just the Homepods.
